2. Ask for Feedback

Objective:
To continuously improve our TikTok strategy through regular feedback from the team and audience.

Procedure:

  1. Internal Feedback:

    • Weekly Team Meeting: Discuss the performance of recent posts, what worked, what didn’t, and brainstorm new ideas.
    • Target Audience Location: Regularly check and analyze the target audience's location to tailor content accordingly.
    • Competitive Analysis: Suggest rising top accounts for competition and reference to stay ahead in the market.
  2. Audience Feedback:

    • Polls and Surveys: Use TikTok Q&A and other tools to ask followers for their preferences and feedback.

    • Music Selection: Ability to select and use trending music and audio clips effectively.
  2. CapCut and AI Tools:

    • CapCut Proficiency: Team members must understand CapCut and its AI features inside out, utilizing them for content creation and editing.
    • AI Tools: Proficiency in using AI tools for content optimization, trend analysis, and performance tracking.
  3. Hiring Criteria:

    • Skill Verification: Do not hire candidates who lack proficiency in trend analysis, music selection, CapCut, and AI tools relevant to TikTok marketing.
